IMPORTANT NOTE:

This aquarium pump is submersible, so it must be fully submerged in water before powering on to prevent burning out. Avoid running the pump without water, as it can shorten its lifespan and cause loud noises. When changing water, remember to disconnect the power supply. If the pump gets stuck by mud, garbage, sea salt, etc., be sure to clean it with clean water before using it. The operating temperature range is 40-95℉.

All pumps undergo professional water testing by our manufacturer before shipment. If you notice a little water in the pump upon receipt, don't worry - it's just from testing and is completely normal. The inner shaft has a small amount of lubricant to ensure the motor works properly.

If you have sensitive fish or aquatic plants, we recommend using the pump in another tank briefly before moving it to the fish tank. If the pump stops working or makes strange noises, it may be due to debris blockage. Clean it regularly, or add some olive oil to the rotor.
